The goal is to not build zlib at all and only use the DLL as distributed
by the zlib maintainers; but for debugging, etc purposes the use of the
zlib peer was not removed (and can be if so desired to help eliminate it
as a source of confusion). Mind you I haven't built Abi in a while
(working days and nights doesn't leave me much free time).
