If it is optional, then sure. I really don't want to have a hard
dependency (which we might not need in the future if dom is going to use
the platform api's to render, instead of libart)

I wouldn't mind depending on glib though, as that would give us access
to libgsf (which has some nice native win32 stuff as well).
