Fixing the Catalan downloadble dictionary

Hello,

People is complaining that the Catalan dictionary that we have in the web does
not work with Abi

The problem is that we are creating a "catalan.hash" file when the name
expected is really "catala.hash".

I have attached a patch that fixes the problem. Can someone confirm that is
correct and re-create the dictionary installer for Catalan and update the file
in our web site?

I also have noticied that in the abispell module there dictionaries like the
Brazilian one that we are not packing. Brazil has many speakers and their
government is heavily committed to open source.
