Commit: don't emit <pre> tags in HTML

Our "Plain Text" style doesn't map well to HTML's
<pre> tag. Namely, it tends to make the page as wide
as the line is, which isn't what we want for WYSIWYG.

It's better to make it a <p class="plain_text">.
