allow NSIS to handle setting group items (ie don't explicitly [un]set them)
This fixes last of issues I'm aware of with latest NSIS.
NSIS 2.05 should still not be used, but current NSIS cvs (hence
2.06 when released) should be fine to use and recommended
[to ensure all available translations are used] again.
