Project builder project files removal (10.2)

Hi,

If no one object I'll remove the unmaintained ProjectBuilder project
files from the current tree, only keeping the XCode version. That means
to build on 10.2 you'll have to use makefiles. Not a big deal, it should
produce the same.
Blame Apple for that.
