Implement Tightly Wrapped Objects.
I implemented a couple of extra radio buttons to choose between "square
wrapped" and "tightly wrapped" images for the Format Image dialog.
Other platforms will need to add these. See the attached screen shot.

There are still quite a few bugs in this but I'm now sure I can squash
these and that this code works well enough to commit.
