Also committed Birch's patch to fix 4615 "export to *.doc resizes images."

Unfortunately this does not quite fix things. Birch have a look at the
export of the guadec-4 document to RTF. The image showing how the
mail-merge works is not scaled correctly by MS Word although it
round-trips just fine to AbiWord. I've had lots of problems with this
image.
