No it lives in the main tree right now. It has so many connections to
regular XP code (like the whole modeless framework and all the nice
bindings ) that it is simply too hard to put it elsewhere. Like
fp_MathRun.cpp
and it's associated FV_View methods.
It is a very small piece of code and will not be visible unless the plugin
is loaded.
