Redo consistent keybindings for all. Ctrl+Shift+Z

I didn't spot it at the time but Frank changed the Mac OS X version of
abiword to use different keybindings from the other platforms.

The thing is that the Gnome Human Interface guidelines borrow heavily from
the Apple Guidelines and they also recommend using the keybinding
Ctrl+Shift+Z for Redo. (Gnumeric 1.5 still uses Ctrl+Y but if Abiword
changes they might be willing to change too.)

This leaves only Windows as the odd one out and I think at this stage it
would be best to keep Abiword consistent with Abiword than keep using the
old Microsoft keybinding only on windows.

What do people think?

Sincerely
