On MacOS X, sort of. They are installed only if you have Microsoft crap.
So out of the box, Internet Explorer is still unfortunately preloaded,
and spread these around the file system. If do a custom install, they
may not be.
BTW, I'd love to get rid of these fonts since Bitstream Vera exists and
fit the bill as well as completeness and licensing.
