commit (head): refactoring of the findNearFont() mechanism

This is a first step in getting rid of the the static
GR_Graphics::findNearestFont().

All platfomrms need to implement XAP_App::newDefaultScreenGraphics(); I
have done the win32 version and am going to do the Unix one shortly.

Hopefully there will not be any breakage.

files: xap_App.h/cpp, various win32 app related files, pt_PT_Styles.cpp,
gr_*Graphics.h/cpp/mm files.
