Not entirely sure what you mean by mockups--do you mean graphics of mocked up
screens? If so, yes. Offhand, I can't recall which formats TWiki supports,
but, IIRC, at least the typical (.gif, .png, ...).
Try one, if you have any trouble, let me know.
PS: IIRC, one of the best ways to make the graphic available (clearly it needs
to have a URL) is to attach it to the file (asking TWiki to display a link at
the bottom of the page), then move the link to where (on the page) you want
the graphic displayed.
