Enable tables as first element of sections, HdrFtr's and Frames.
Finally enabled this. I will updated the Ms Word and RTF importers to no
long er insert a paragraph break before a table in sections/hdrftr's and
textboxes.
Other importers should do the same. There are almost certainly bugs left
in these. Please look for them and let me know.
None-the-less, enjoy our new features (or lack of long-standing bug:-)
