Urgent need for 2.2.10

We need to release 2.2.10 ASAP to address am important security issue
allowing to execute arbitrary code on the stack while read an RTF file.
I'll file a bug for that later, when the release 2.2.10 has been done.

2.3.99/CVS is NOT vulnerable but valgrind see some things that it
shouldn't when opening that document.
