Proposal - moving new docs to main tree

Hello,

I'm proposing to move the wonderful new documentation in docbook
format ("Manual-NG" currently in module abiword-docs) put together by
"F_For_Fragging" and Marc to the main tree. In exchange we can purge
abi/shots, the screenshots are currently duplicated in abi and
abiword-docs.

This is part of a bigger plan to move towards one coherent cvs module
/ dist tarball with all the goodies to make building and disting abi
as straight forward as possible for handymen/women and packagers.

What do you think?
