I am not familiar with HIGs. Thank you for your comment... I will
improve that

The main reason for changing that dialog is: for me it is nearly
unusable.
If I want to insert a new tab, lets say at position 5.3cm its hard to
achieve that. Here the steps with actual dialog:
1. open user-defined tabs
2. click insert (I do not know why I would say insert not having
specified anything)
3. select inserted tab
4. correct the value to 5.3cm ->other bug it shows only 5.0
5. ready

For me it would be better, if I can
1. type 5.3
2. click insert
3. ready

I think for western countries it is more customary to
work from left to right, rather than from right to left, that is why I
suggested to swap ...

May be there are other uses. Please tell me them.
