New Translation: wo-SN

Hi,

We are now finalizing the translation of Abiword into the Wolof language
spoken in Senegal (wo-SN).
We will be ready to submit our first version of "wo-SN.po" by the end of
this week.
Would you please add the wo-SN language into the available languages?
