Underline formatting button is gone

Hello everyone,

I want to bring you attention on revision 1.26 done at file
ap_TB_Layouts_FormatOps.h on the 20/11/2006. See also:

The definition for the underline button in the formatting toolbar menu was
removed and other changes were done:

I do not know if these changes were supposed to be applied and were part of a
redesign or are actually a mistake.

I have to say that the underdine button in the formatting bar is very basic
for me as user.
