This file is generated by the autotools, therefor has no business here.
Once you svn update do a "NOCONFIGUIRE=1 ./autogen.sh"
This will regenerate that autotools files, but NOT run configure so that
when you do "make", with the maitainer it will re-run configure with the
previous options, as usual.
