Build failure in MSVC

Hi folks,
           I'm attempting to build a win32 version with MSVC. It fails
due to missing cairo.h in ut_bytebuf.h

Compiling...
fb_Alignment.cpp
c:\documents and
settings\msevior\source\abiword\src\af\util\xp\ut_bytebuf.h(31) :
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'cairo.h': No such file
or directory
fb_ColumnBreaker.cpp
c:\documents and
settings\msevior\source\abiword\src\af\util\xp\ut_bytebuf.h(31) :
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'cairo.h': No such file
or directory

etc....

Any ideas what is wrong?
