Bug description:
Binary package hint: abiword
Looking at https://launchpadlibrarian.net/31791848/abiword_2.6.8-5ubuntu2_i386_translations.tar.gz
in the source/build-tree/abiword-2.6.8/po/ folder are a lot of
translations (.po files), but no translation template (.pot file).
This means translations can't be imported into Rosetta and they won't
be shipped with Ubuntu language-packs.
Please make sure the .pot template gets generated during build time
and ends up in the same directory as the .po files. For more
information, see:
* https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/Internationalisation#Verifying%20translation%20uploads
* https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/Internationalisation#Translation%20templates
Also, in order to automatically import the translations, the following
