Unicode branch merged, needs debugging

I just merged the unicode branch in trunk. If you build it with msvc, it
will immediately crash. However, if you disable the synthesizeMenuBar
call in xap_Win32FrameImpl.cpp (line 271), it WILL start.

UI strings still look broken in tons of places (titlebar, font dropdown,
etc), but it does start :)
