Format -> Tab, Headers & Footers are the ones using this, iirc, which
are fine with English currently but not in Arabic (Unicode).
In any case, non ported dialogs are a few in number, which of course
should be ported nevertheless.

I was using cross-building with Wine on Ubuntu for this, which was
nicely making it running without any issue.
Have rarely tried MSVC on this later; which was of course complaining a lot. :)
