[PATCH] Openxml plugin

Hello, as part of my GSoC application I have tracked down, documented
and fixed an error on .docx importing.
But, the error is not published on Bugzilla, so, what do I do with the
patch? Create the bug on bugzilla and attach it there or attach it
here directly.
