Translation mismatch

Dear AbiTeam,

I looked at the Pootle site for my language, Danish:
http://translate.sugarlabs.org/da/upstream_POT/
At the time I write this, it indicates that 14 strings need attention.
However, I just pulled the code with Subversion, and that showed
considerably more, 47 fuzzy translations and 58 untranslated.
Is this simply because some time passes between snapshots of the files
at the SugarLabs Pootle system? I try to keep on top of the translation
in the Pootle interface, but I was surprised to see such a large
difference between the two.
