bug 12605

Hello,

I had a look at bug 12605
(http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12605) and tried to fix
it.

From the code in src\text\fmt\xp\fv_View_protected.cpp , in the
_findNext() method-

UT_UCS4Char cPlainQuote = s_smartQuoteToPlain(currentChar);

I understand that we are intentionally allowing this to happen
(considering ['] (#39) and [‘] (#145/U+2018) as the same character).

Do we leave it as it is, or can I submit a patch to fix the bug as
listed in bugzilla?
