OK, that makes more sense. Sounds like a Win98 thing, which would be much
less spooky than some weird JS interaction.
Would you mind putting breakpoints at the following spots in
abi\src\ev\win\ev_Win32Menu.cpp to make sure that the labels are being
passed through with ampersands as needed?
line 191 (where the menus are first synthesized)
lines 350, 362 (where they're fixed up dynamically later on)
If not, the problem should be fairly easy to debug. If they are, well,
guess we'll have to scrounge up a Win98 box sometime and figure out what's
going on.
