AbiWord 1.0.6 bombs out on Save As

This error is pretty easy to reproduce. Just type some text, select Save As...
from the File menu, and...

DEBUG: invokeMenuMethod: fileSaveAs repeat 1

This is under MkLinux and KDE (beta 4).

I'm still getting compile-time errors, BTW, but explicitly casting the NULL
pointers fixes that.

The looks have come a looooong way since 1.0.4 -- great job!
