it looks like there are some permission problems with the cvs tree:

cvs server: Updating abi/user
cvs server: Updating abi/user/wp
cvs server: failed to create lock directory in repository
`/u2/cvsroot/abi/user/wp': Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/u2/cvsroot/abi/user/wp'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up
