segfaults

I just updated my cvs tree, recompiled, and I am now getting segfaults
immediately on startup. I started it in gdb, and ran a backtrace:

I'm going to try a fresh checkout from cvs, as my current one had problems
(which I mentioned previously) and that might be causing this.
