Each strings file needs to be explicitly mentioned in Win32 Setup manifest.
Bummer. Fixes 541.

Now all seven translations should work as expected:

Danish (DaDK)
Dutch (DuNL)
Finnish (FiFI)
French (FrFR)
German (DeDE)
Italian (ItIT)
Spanish (EsES)
