Suggestion: hourglass during lengthy ops

It might be nice to have an hourglass (or status bar, or anything else
that moves around a little) so that it's obvious whether Abiword is
locked (while importing a particularly unfriendly Word document, for
example) or simply busy. This could probably wait 'til Abiword 2.0, but
if somebody finds themselves with time to kill... :-)
