This is just an extra entry in the Makefile.abi, which, to my knowledge,
is not updated by Caolan when he updates his trees (one of the AbiSource
people usually takes care of it). I've updated the Makefile.abi to
remove formatting.c as a build target, since it's no longer in the
wv/ tree.
