Yep. Caolan's quite good about noting in his commit messages when he adds
or drops files. If you miss the email and there's a build failure in wv,
the first thing to do is scroll back through Bonsai to see what the last
change to Makefile.in was.

Usually the fix is just to make the matching change to Makefile.abi.
