Segmentation fault when starting AbiWord

Dear developers

I have problem running AbiWord. My system is Slackware 3.6 (libc5), GTK
1.1.16, XFree 3.3.1 with LinuxThread. I passed with building binary,
installing type1 postscript font. After trying to start AbiWord I got
segmentation fault and crash. So I tried using gdb and the session goes
like this:
