I just tried compiling v0.3.3 on Solaris 2.7, (with gcc2.8.1,
GNU make 3.77, gimp 1.1.16) and got this odd make error. It looks
like a bastardization of a definition in abi_defs.mk or sunos.mk

Any ideas??
