Maybe. It depends on whether the MSWord documents use features AbiWord
doesn't yet support, such as tables or lists. If not, then you can save
the edited documents in .rtf, which MSWord can open.
Better yet, you can save it as .abw and have your colleagues use AbiWord as
well.
