More clipboard progress. Copy now respects the selection region.
Can copy/paste in both text and rtf. On win32 this interacts with
the system on unix/beos this still uses the internal clipboard only.
There's still a problem with RTF pasting causing us to get a leading
paragraph break. Other than that it seems to work fine.
