Well it aint perfect, but it works for most of my documents .. like it
doesnt convert æ, ø, å yet.

Well, I was thinking of it as a standalone tool, but then who want more
binaries and if the code aint that much it could be put in the AbiWord
binary and activated with a switch.

Well, for now ill just take a look at the code, maybe I can find out of
something, but then again im not a c++ coder yet. I guess im just giving
you guys some ideas until I can start hacking on them myself.
