I checked in a new sample document called Unicode1.abw.
It includes a bunch of Unicode characters. I wanted
to see if *any* aspect of our Unicode support actually
worked.

On Windows NT, assuming that the font "Lucida Sans Unicode"
is actually present, this document does display quite a
few of the referenced characters.

I doubt it will work on Win95.

On Linux, it causes an assert.
