[1] Moved ap_{Unix,Win,Mac}Frame references out of XAP_{...}App code.
[2] Moved SpellCheck initialization from XAP_ to AP_ code.
[3] Added preference values for SpellCheck dictionary and directory.
(so you can now change the language of the dictionary (aka word-list))
[4] Removed some no-longer necessary debug messages in win32 menu code.

a full build is required.
