I've fixed those two superscript bugs, both of which had to do with the line
height. Now the line height for sup/subscript only runs is calculated on their
base size, and I've made it a bit bigger so to compensate for overhangs on
subscripters. This doesn't appear to cause problems (hold fingers).
Same usage as before, but make sure to recompile all of text/fmt/xp/fp_*, or
crashes will occur.
