Based on those errors I would suspect you haven't successfully included
wv.h, but as you didn't mention that, my only guess would be an old
version of wv. It's available as the development version of mswordview
from Caolan's site, or from abisource's cvs server "cvs co wv"
It should be in a peer directory to abi.
Are you already doing those things?
