of course not. I only use the peer directories if I *have* to since most
systems (mine included) have shared libraries of all the others. Infact,
I've been thinking about looking at what it'd take to get expat to stop
complaining about not being peer...
I am including wv.h.. and looking through wv.h, I don't see wvParseStruct..
so that lead me to ask what version was used to build 0.7.5.. evidently I
need to upgrade.. but if it's not a release version... hmm...
