Added a few XML string functions in ut_string.h. ut_units.h has a new
function to determine if a string has unit strings within it.
still todo : add conversions to current unit system in _set[thing]ItemValue().
It should compile on your platform. Data path from editmethods->
dialog, then dialog->editmethods should be clean. Currently no
platforms have a platform dialog that completely handles all this
data.
