The dynamic transformation of &'s in checkbuttons and push buttons are now
underlined and accelerators have been assigned. This also takes into account
windows that have notebooks on them-that is, it'll add/remove the
accelerators.

Nothing new has changed on the pictures side. To see some pictures of the
underline, go to http://argus.itg.uiuc.edu/~shack/abisource

The code is implemented as a recursive dive.
Still TODO, the arbitrary bindings between labels and controls (i.e., the
view|units+combo box
