• Don't use incomplete procedure hooking for Print dialog (Windows, bug 4340 and other random Printer dialog errors)
• When notifying a dialog about a new active frame, set the parent to the proper hwnd. This fixes the main symptom described in bug 954 and switching between open document windows with a non-modal dialog open (Stylist, Lists, etc)
• Don't try to jump to a hyperlink if the target is non-existant (bug 6984)
