I appologise for posting two patches so close to each other, but I
have managed to add support for Unicode based direction of text
much quicker than I anticipated. This patch includes the FriBidi
library and some necessary changes to the makefiles that go with it.
It also includes all the changes contained in the original patch from
yesterday.
