Looking at the screen shot, this looks very good. another feature request
bites the dust.

I think that not enough people use the Insert Symbol dialog regualarly
enough to have it on a toolbar. However, if you do use it, it is likely
to be used reguarly. Therefor, we should certainly assign a key
combination to it. For example, WP uses CTRL-W.
